A trip that lasted about a month in the summer of 2014, when I was twenty-five, during which I volunteered to teach English to children and, at the same time, got to know Morocco a little more than a typical tourist. This month or so of living in Morocco turned into a precious journey full of direct observation of this red-blue country. From walking through the markets of the city of Marrakech to the blue village of Chefchaouen, from Tangier immersed in splendor to enchanting Casablanca, and from old Fez to Rabat, the modern capital of Morocco. All those days and nights turned into a unique experience. Now, eight years later, the writings and photographs have been collected in this book with minimal changes and with a difficult effort to remain faithful to the text of that twenty-five-year-old.
